• Participate on national advisory boards as a small business representative, including American National Standards Institutes (ANSI) Homeland Security Panel for the development of national standards for disaster preparedness
• Work with state and federal government agencies creating strategies to meet industries employment needs including extensive experience with creating Veteran and spouse of military personnel programs
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, set goals with objectives and tactics
• Lead teams of volunteers and contractors to keep projects moving through complex analyses and government regulations
• Manage special projects for organizations by facilitating dialogue and consensus among stakeholders
• Train boards and committees to evaluate with due process and fairness
• Speak to national and international groups on workforce issues
